How long should I wait before using the lawn after an application?
Most applications are liquid. Stay off the lawn until it's dry — usually less than two hours. High humidity or cool weather can stretch that out a bit.
How often will you treat my lawn?
The frequency of your treatments is based on the services you have chosen. For our Lawn Care Program we will treat your lawn approximately every 6 to 8 weeks depending on which round we are on.
For our Mosquito Guard Program we typically apply treatments approximately every 21 days during the season.
For our Yard Guard Program we typically apply treatments approximately every 21 days during the mosquito season and every 30 days outside of mosquito season.
For our Home Guard Program we apply treatments every 60 days.
How much do the services cost?
For our lawn care program the cost is determined by the square footage of your lawn area. For our Pest Control Program that protects against Mosquitoes and Ticks the cost is $59 per application and covers a 1/2 acre area around your home creating a barrier of protection.
How much do lawn care and pest control services cost?
Lawn care pricing is based on your lawn's square footage. Mosquito and tick treatment is $59 per application for a half-acre. Mowing is priced by lot. We send a written quote — no surprises.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. All of our services are contract-free. Pause, cancel, or change services at any time.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every applicator is a licensed Arkansas pesticide applicator and we carry full liability insurance.
